Ok, so I swam tonight. The water is freaking freezing! The first 50 was painful, and then after the first 100, everything was too numb to notice the cold. There were 4 of us brave dedicated dumb enough to be swimming. We only swam until 7, and they're going to do that until the water warms up a bit. The set tonight was as follows: 200 warm up 2 x 100 long strokes, medium paced drill set: 25 water polo stroke ) 25 catch up ) 25 long glide strokes) x 2 25 doggy paddle ) IM set hard: 25 fly/free ) 25 back ) x 4, rest between each 25, first set 5 breathes, 2nd set 4 breathes, 3rd set 3 breathes, 4th set 5 breathes 25 breast ) 25 free ) 100 EZ 2 x 200 hypoxic swim, 1st 50 breathe every 5th, 2nd 50 every 7th, 3rd 50 every 5th, 4th 50 every 9th 200 cool down
