    Exactly that I've made many mistakes, or simply didn't see someone. A wave and smile with sorry mate goes a long way. But here in RSA everyone is big boet that kan like to donner anyone twice his size.

As I approched the red light I luckily decided to give them space and not speed past them. As the light turns green I accelerate to over take them. Next moment they turn and I get the middle finger and a nice **** you. If you are on the forum can you please Pm I would love to have a cup of tea so that you can explain why you feel your behaviour is warranted.

    Attempted a new 10km PB on Tuesday At 97kg a sub 40min was never going to happen. I am built for rugby not running. I aimed for a more realistic 42min. I started too fast as I got swept up with the sub 40min guys and girls. What was a massive surprise was how low my HR was. I felt great the entire time but did have a massive gorilla jump on my back at 7 km. I managed to get off for the last km. Amazing how much fun one can have with similar minded friends. Haven't had this much fun running without an actual paid for race.

    What an experience. I had the most amazing day. I could not have asked for anything more. Everything fell into place perfectly Alsonthe the first event I would not recommend to anyone [emoji23]

    After spending my life savings at the Solomon store and running every ridge and mountain in Johannesburg I'm finally ready. Tomorrow 4am the journey begins.

    Expected in our case the ones at the bottom are the one who created the holes in a good boat and made law that excludes the other two from helping them

    Nitecore lights are really good. The NU32 is perfect for running. And the service from Nitecore South Africa is just on another level.

    Tell a non cyclist that a top of the range MTB cost R150k and he will also think you joking.So R20k for the top of the range sports watch is probably OK for some. Not for me, R20k for any watch is nutters in my world. The sad part it they will sell at that price

    I did the 45km with a friend. Was so nice running and not chacing a time. Just doing the distance in a comfortable fashion. Had serious FOMO as 7 of mates went the full distance.

    Yea I have Methabo 18 LTX BL cordless. With a 5 Ah battery this thing is fooken strong. If you drill 10mm metal with a 10mm bit and it grabs it wil pull your arm off your body. But 90% of the time I grab my Dewalt with 1.5 Ah battery because the Methabo tires your hand arm due to its weight and balance and most of the time you don't need all the torque the Methabo offers

    Yea if you want to criticise you should first post your own personal best time on a 5km. Pretty sure there would not be many critics left.
