I see Daryl has not been selected for the TDF. No explanation. We do not have any SAFFA's riding this year...

I received a notification of the "Northern Farm Winter Quickie" race.. Entry fee R200 for the 45k event. I replied to the mail asking, where they not stretching it a bit on the entry fee. I got a reply saying... Oh! they don't have a sponsor, would I like to find one for them? Today I get an sms saying if you enter before 1st June, entry fee R180.00 I give up, I will not pay that to race at Northerns.

BUT WHY... Should you have to bargain and bargain... WHY CAN THEY NOT BE HONEST WITH THEIR PRICES, INSTEAD OF RIPPING OFF THE INNOCENTS AND NEWBIES... Sharks and that is being polite...

I know it is only a request, and it is optional. And I have no problem with development... But to ask the entrant for a donation of a R120, I feel is a bit much...If 35.000 entrants paid R120 = R4,200,000...

It was not an accident...The cyclist had a heart attack...The Cradle is a very popular, quite safe area for cycling with cycling lanes...

I cannot understand why you are having a problem, my license was done, and a copy mailed to me within 36hours. I preferred doing my provincial affiliation and license fee all in one, as it saved having to do a seperate EFT. Sorry to hear you having problems...

Is there a posting somewhere, where one can see what is happening next season with the local Pro cyclists. Who's staying and who's moving on, and if so where? from the local teams. Mtn Bonnitas Tasol GT etc...

I find it difficult to believe, she was so much faster than 4 of the fastest lady riders in this country... They broke away and they were hauling it. They did not not play around. And she did it on her own.... SUSPECT.

That I do not agree with..Can you imagine if EVERY INDIAN business had to do the same, where you have to bargain before you buy. I don't think so...My 2c worth. And anyway you are not getting a bargain, because they will only bring the price down to the normal selling price.

Also at Cajees...For those same tyres I was quoted R895 down to R595.Absolutely ridiculous... WHY should an unsuspecting customer be ripped off at any time, and WHY should one have to bargain with them.That is not business, that is LETS SEE HOW MUCH WE CAN STILL MAKE OUT OF THE CUSTOMER. Their so called huge stock holdings???? A lot of that is on consignment. They also try to use a trading clause, as that another cycle shop within the same district does not carry the same brand of bikes..That to me is rubbish... I do not shop there anymore.
