Park Tools make an ISIS crank puller. I had one for a few years, but then got rid of all my ISIS cranksets, so i gave it away. Take it to your LBS, im sure they will remove it for you free of charge.

Give Tony Impey Cycles a call, he is in Bedford centre and will be able to help you out with some info on rides etc. Otherwise tell us when you will be in town, and maybe you can join up with some of us. Im 2 minutes away from Bedford Center, and usually train in the areas you mentioned. If you are really stuck send me a PM.

Damn, I used to think he was the coolest rider on the circuit, with his skinsuits, and that custom painted Troy Lee Designs Helmet with SLAYER (the band) written across the top!

Funny, i had my Zaskar on the work stand last night, and i actually noticed this. The drive side (right) had two spacers, and the left side had one. Hope that helps you out!

and the new Sram XX parts only use torx bolts. Campy Record also use a lot of Torx bolts

Its a T30 (Torx 30) bolt. I removed my XT rings last week, and the T30 was what i needed.

Went right down to the bone And the worst was this... Got 6 stiches 'down there' after my groin connected with my stem

As far as i know the Scotts are anodized silver. Well at least my AFD Pro road frame is.
