Not sure if I'm the Marc F you referring to, but my total kilometers since the 1/1/2012 is only 3434.84km, so not sure where the 3744.34km per month comes from?

I fully agree, 10-4pm is ridiculous, even 12-6pm would be better!

I got a distance of 21km from the gate, back to the gate following the yellow route on the drawing. I will need to go and find the green section at the fire station! What is also impressive is the amount of ascent you get in over the 21km distance, I have it at almost 550m!

Cycle around Thaba Trails yesterday (25 September 2011)

Last time I rode Kyalami I did 14 laps with a total distance of 59.1km and ascent of 670m, which equates to 4.22km per lap and an ascent of 48m per lap according to my Polar HRM.

My bike is in for a service this week so won't make it tomorrow

According to my records the last and only "Beest Trail" race I did was on the 9th of May 2010 (See attached profile) so the route may have changed. The total distance was 43.5km with and ascent of 350m.
