Does anyone do any speed training, if so how often do you do it and what are the major benefits of this kind of training.

Who does speed training, what sort of distances do you cover and how often do you you do it?

like the SRAM red. Really cool ride.

From what i remember that was only after you cycled the route for the second time. But the last hills were hell. Pure torture at its best, at least i know what to expect in France, 3 hrs like the last hill up to the inchanga T.

No problem. Was good to finish, hated the last hills. Timeing seems to be a issue though. Think this will effect my seeding for the year

a friend gave me the bike, it had fallen of his bike rack and he a dragged it along the road for a bit and then reveresd over the wheel bending the wheel and the drop out.
