Eastern Cape Parks management had a regional meeting in Patensie yesterday. We will probably have some clarity on this event this coming week. STOCKHOLM - A teenage cyclist has been fined for speeding in the southern Swedish town of Tranas, local media reported Wednesday. The 17-year-old was clocked at 58 kilometres per hour in central Tranas and ordered to pay a fine of 1,500 kronor (242 dollars), the daily Tranas Tidning reported. The speed limit in the area of the town where the police speed trap was set up is 50 kilometres per hour. The teenager would likely not have been fined had he used rollerblades, a skateboard or roller skis.
