  1. I went to Hanco Kachelhoffer (Cycle fit PTA) yesterday for my bike setup. He was very professional. My seat position and height were changed as well as my cleats. I would recommend him. I will test the bike Saturday on the road. Thanks for the help.

My best time without the wheel change (Practicing at home.....ya.....ya....ja....I was single' date=' living in Phalaborwa and had NOTHING to do......no Samajoor......I have already done that and then I had nothing to do) is 1 minute 50 seconds. Pumped to 8 bar (Gas).[/quote'] Sjoe...Ek dink jy moet lesse gee. Die 9:50 is die totale stilstaan tyd volgens my gps.

    Road Tyres

I have also read that this tire should be quite good. I don?t cycle that fast so if I loose 20min changing a tire it would have a bigger impact than loosing a few seconds every km. And the price also makes a difference. Please don?t discuss Punctures the week before the race?. After reading this post and even posted that my Gatorskins are very reliable I GOT A FREAKING PUNCTURE in the Carousel race (3.5km into the race). It was a long time trial. Ps I didn?t take 20mins to change the tire it took me 9:50.
  9. Thanks. We should do it again.

I use the gatorskins wire bead at this stage great tires very puncture resistant. I am considering getting the Conti GP4000S (with black chilly compound) has anyone tried these?
  12. Here are some links. http://critical-mass.info/international.html#other http://www.well.com/user/kjcole/Bike/cm/zacm.html I didnt know there were one in JHB.
  13. Why would it matter? It still has a puncture. Trust me on this one....I know the guy who put it there.......VERY WELL! Ok in that case I will patch it and use it on my trainer.
  14. I can't see the face book pictures!! "Just check it.....I think it has a puncture. " If i just knew who put it there.
  15. Morning all. Thanks for a great ride, it was lots of fun. Thanks to Konafan for leading the way, hill number 5 was bad news now I know why they put concrete on the road. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> The breakfast was lekker and it was nice to meet all of you. Ps. Someone put a spare tube in my saddle bag, I don?t know if it was by mistake or if it were to slow me down on the climbs, if you miss a tube pleas let me know.
  16. I ride a compact 50/36 with a 11/23 cassette, pretty nice setup for a 95kg cyclist. I won?t say anything about climbing since we are climbing with the hub on Sunday. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I would like to convert to 53/39 11/23 10 speed?some day.
  17. A wise famous man once said .... ?it is not about the bike..? <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Ok I ?m out of here.
  18. If you input the wheel circumference into the computer use 1/60 or 1000/60 or 1000000/60 this will convert from km/h to rpm. I THINK IT SHOULD WORK
  19. I recently upgraded from MTB pedals to road pedals (shimano 105) with float (Yellow cleats) and it feels great it has lots of float.
  20. It should be possible, you can change the circumference input. In what unites do you enter the circumference? <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> It wont show rpm but km/h and with some conversion you should be able to get the cadence.
