  1. Yes it sound worse than it is, in fact it is quite nice, I just throw it in my shaker en shake and drink. +- 1 cup of raw oats for a guy as big as myself (92kg) with 30g protein.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> For a treat (usually before a race or after a long training session on Friday) ill replace the oats with some nutzy crunch muesli. Add some hi fiber bran if you think you need more fiber, you can experiment or try it with unsweetened fat free yogurt.
  2. You wont get a big advantage if you use 0.5 teaspoons of Creatine while training, you need to load one or two days before. Get un-sweetened apple juice 1L and mix it with 5 teaspoons of creatine and sip on it thru the day, this should get you loaded.
  3. Remember if you train you must eat. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I agree with Action Lamb: Get some Whey Protein mix it with raw oats some raisins and water or milk, this have proven to be a potent breakfast I even use it before races.

  6. Or they can give us a permanent number if you take out a license and you get your goody bag at the finish. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Is there a reason why we can collect numbers the morning before the race?

  15. Q1: don?t eat to much during the race, if you have two bottles of juice and a bar you should be fine, put some biltong and nuts on your back to get the sweet out of your mouth. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Q2: I started on 116kg with Body for life it is not a bad program, I changed to a book I bought over the net http://www.burnthefat.com/. Im now 90kg. Im not that strict any more but still eat healthy. It is very easy and the food is nice. Food don?t have to be boring to be good for you.

I also ride the gator skins, really good tire. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I used mine when we were doing the Telkom 100km ?swim? and they were very solid only had one situation but that was emergency braking going downhill and turning (I heard you are not supposed to do that).
