  1. Does the IDT help to increase cadence? How do you increase your cadence... long sessions on low resistance with high cadence?
  2. No response? <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Or should I just go for a 11-23 cluster?
  3. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Is it possible to upgrade from a 36/50T compact to a 36/53T by just changing the 50T blade. What should be a reasonable price for the upgrade? What type of 53T blade would you recommend? I?m not a pro and I want to upgrade because of wear on the 50T so I have to replace the blade in any way. 4. Is it only open on Tuesdays and what time. Is there any cost involved. I need to train for the 94.7
  5. I don?t want to moan about the system I am just making a suggestion. Number collections at the venue for smaller events are also an option.
  6. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I was very happy when Centurion cycle lab opened, I thought that the collections from Jhb would be over. When will they start to have number collections on Wednesday at Centurion and Thursday and Friday in JHB. Or cant they have a check box on the entry form were you want to collect numbers.

  8. I?m also a club member and have a Cyclosport License. Bought the license but never used it? <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I?m not yet fast enough to ride with the vets, so next year ill just pay my club fees. Maybe if we get more club member we can also get a Gazebo at the races.

  12. Winning Time Quick response. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> After the D2D I did not have a time on the WT system, I mailed them on Monday morning stating my problem on Tuesday I got a mail from them asking for my details and this morning I got a mail from them stating that it has been corrected. Thanks a lot Winning Time. And in particular Iain Turner
  13. Ek probeer ook om dinsdae en donderdae te spin +- 120min, en doen een lang ride oor die naweek. Hoe pas julle padwerk in deur die week. Ry julle werktoe en terug? Waar stort julle?

  15. My 1c 9. To begin with, cyclists entering The Cape Argus Pick 'n Pay Cycle Tour on-line who do not hold Elite, Development or Cyclo-Sport Licences will be required, when entering the event, to apply on-line for the CSA Recreational Licence, the fee for which is paid by PPA or the Club on behalf of the cyclist, assuming of course the cyclist is a member thereof. As stated above, only those who are not members of PPA or clubs affiliated to Provinces, will be required to take out the so-called "day licence" for a fee of R30,00.

Ok thanks? <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> So now I must pace my self for 105km instead of 116km. It will be a bummer if it is indeed 116km.

  23. Let me add my 5c. <?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have a Polar F11 and I must state a few thing that count for Polar. 1) After sales service is exceptional. 2) It has nice a nice user interface. 3) Website to log training 4) If you are with Discovery you get extra points for logging training sessions. Have a look at the F6 almost the same functions as the F11.
