I hate hearing stories like this...........I think it's the munny that's important for them with an attitude like this...

I took mine into the LBS twice for the same reason...still not sorted...and because the bike has done less than 500kms I did not want to do it myself...OomH some tips please..I will do it myself ,stuff them.........

You gotta see the penalties that we occur if we do not stick 100% to the contract, let alone not even pitch up... This is not a hobbie for them it's a business and as such the basic principles need to be adhered too....!!!!!
