Group D - 6:40 AM I'm looking for some Argus D group riders or some advice from the experts . . . What is the chance for a sub 3hr race? (let say in good conditions even though it's probably going to be hot and windy) I had a good season thus far and feel good and strong.(R4S - 3h02 , Fast 1 - 2h41, Emporers - 2H38, Carnival - 2h53 with puncture), Should I be more realistic and look at a 3h15 ? Started in AL - Got puncture 26km into the race - Fixed puncture and then did a solo for approx 22km (Funny how you notice the wind , even a breeze when you are alone) C3 came past got on their wheel ( Marshals warned me that the are coming past, well done) and lost them just before Heidelberg, then got a nice group of 7 going. Thanks to the 4 that helped me in front. Number AL 1114 ( Marius Venter ) Fritz Pinaar Cycling kit - Thank for your hard work in front and also for the grappies - you made my day ! Well done organizers, Marshals , every body involved. Great event
