I do carry a tube , co2 bomb , 2 x levers (Try not to use them) and my car keys in my saddle bag.

I would say that all training (Biking Mtb & Road , Running, swimming, Gym , spinning) falls under your hours per week . . . Or at least that is what I do . . .

My Garmin 705 = 104,34 km Had a good race in AL!

Parked almost in meyerton jumped fences and tyres to get to the start in the rush I forgot my chip (bought new one as group A started) the first pothole of the race . . . 400m down lost 1 of my water bottles Managed to stay with group A untill 93km - (till that zig zac part of the race) Managed to do a 2:43 , and happy as this was my first Fast one. How does this fast one compare to Emperors Palace Classic ?

I need to forward this to my wife !

I do have Shimano Ultegra 10 spd group on my bike. Would like to buy a wheelset with a Sram Force cassette Will a Sram Forch cassette be compatible with the Ultegra group and chain? thank you for the assistance !

Already gave this info to Inspector Russow at Muldersdrift Police. Not the first incedent with this vehicle in the last few months.

Saturday was a tyre massacure . . .(Had 2 flats myself - wife picked me up) Sunday , I went around the cradle without any problems - Saw 4/5 cyclists fixing tyres . . . more that the norm. There is a dark green Landrover with at tent on a roofrack whom try to get as close as possible to the cyclists. I was almost on the gravel next to the road and he came past with his left tyres inside the yellow line and did the same with the 2 cyclists 50 eters infront of me.

mmm , yes the Standerd bank group came fast and worked their way to the front of that group 6km from N3 . . . Thank you ! If it wasn't for them coming past agressively , I whouldn't have done a sub 3hr race. It gave me that motivation to stay with them . . . even after , Johan , jhonny or some jh.../jo... gave me a left shoulder . . . (They went so fast , I missed the name) I was angry but after a great day and weekend away with family . . . All good ! If you Jh.../Jo... remember shouldering me (I had green Kit - and the Scott bike) I forgive you !
