    Any good quality bike grease would work. I use the teflon one and work 100%.

    I'm using 36 - 10/51 on my "offroad bike" and 38 - 10/51 on my mostly "road bike". I prefer to have the range for incase you hit a very steep hill. I hardly use the 51 but like the thought that its there should I need it.

    Also got the Alpina Straight Pull Bladed Spokes from Rapide on my Tigré. I'm a fatty and they are holding up perfectly. They are also lighter than DT Competition, if you want to save a few grams ...

    Also keen on hearing experiences with the Karoo Hammerhead 2. At the moment I'm "locked in" with Polar products, but maybe in future this might be the one.

    My sunglasses is prescription bi-focal specifically for that reason. It also make reading the bike computer easier when riding.
