There is a good reason why most serious runners use the big brands. You forgot Asics, last time I checked used by the far majority of runners in SA.

Sorry at that price you going to battle to get good qaulity. You need to at least double that and then look for 1 or 2 year older models on the known quality brands like Asics, New Balance, Nike, Hoka etc ...
