Ag Dipstick.

Jumped on the bike. Rode to gym, did a 1 hour legs workout with my trainer. Got onto the bike and did a 3 hour night ride. Was excellent!

Just a quick one okes. Sunscreen? I sweat lots so a greasy sunscreen is going to annoy me. I have never used any sunscreen and I work in the sun everyday. But this is going to be something else. So sunscreen is essential. Any suggestions?

Sorry Myles, But I honestly believe in speaking your mind. You did get a DNF ?Dont you think that it is rather arrogant to be writing an article on something that you couldnt complete? I personally believe in first earning my stripes before I comment or give advise.
