So if you had around R40-R45k for a MTB frame, what will you buy and why? Comments to be based on availability, meaning, makes no sense if the wait period on the frame is 12 months as an example. MTB to be used for trail and XC so you almost looking for a one bike build that will be your go to bike.

The point is you dont know the reason for them having an e-bike yet feel the urge to make comments about it.

Same here, first time out to Buffelsdrift on Saturday. Cooler weather help. Did the short Nguni with my wife and although she is still not comfortble on certain trails the only place she pushed her bike was with 2 of the fence / cattle bridges that were quite high and steep. Other than that, great trails, good brekkie bun and cappuccino afterwards.

Is there anyone here that owns a Stage Max in black? Is it a satin or matt black? If i look at the Stage Max on the Pyga site on zoomed pics on the black bike it looks brownish smudged at some angles. So just want to know how the colour looks in real life?

The fact that he made a comment not knowing why my wife rides an e-bike and just assuming it is because she is lazy is what gets me all worked up. She had a stroke a few years back and is on heart and blood pressure medication and her hear rate needs to stay in specific zones, so the only way for her to still enjoy mtb and ride with me is with an e-bike. But yeah, I am with you, certain people are just better if you ignore them.

There was some guy at Cowhouse 3 weeks ago that made some snarky comment to my sister in law and wife. My wife rides an e-bike. All I can say is, lucky for him I was not with them.
