  1. Happen to have a set of the latest ones. Heavy but so good. Too bad about I can’t get my feet to like being clipped in.
  2. Tried everything so far. Different sets of pedals, three different pairs of shoes, bike fit. Short of spending thousands more on a podiatrist I just gave up and went back to flats. 30 minutes and the numb toes and pain starts. Not worth it. I don’t need the extra little bit of performance clipless offers.
  3. Sure there are better ways but this has never let me down.
  4. No. Only if their wheels stop turning.
  5. All of these will end up killing you. Pick the one with the tastiest food.
  6. Never been a problem for me. One meal doesn't make you gain weight.
  7. Medical professional? In that case don’t store the dropper inside you.
  8. Dunkeld and Mellow Velo
  9. Hijack on: Does anyone have any DIY guides to set up an MTB? I have the basics down but some more theory on bar roll, fore and aft adjustments etc will help. Really can't afford another R2000+ exercise with Richard to setup different bike.
  10. 1: Match it with the peak output of your inverter. Mine is a 5kw inverter and my panels produce 4kw max. 5kw would have been ideal. 2: Sunsynk 3: Avoid Hubble
  11. Step 1: Eat clean. No processed food, no refined sugar, no refined carbs. No sweetners. Step 2: Add a routine of HIIT body weight exercises to your routine. Step 3: Burn more calories than you eat. But… don’t eat back the calories you burn with exercise. Fuel correctly before and during the ride to prevent that rage eating after you finish. Step 4: Do base rides and also add running to your cardio Burns fat very efficiently. There are various calorie calculators out there that will give you calculated BMR as well as regular calorie calculations. Stay below your daily total by eating clean and you’ll burn about 2 to 4kg a month. Don’t stay in deficit for too long. Your body is clever and will start storing everything thinking it is being starved. 25kg will take a year to drop in a sustainable way where it isn’t a diet but rather a lifestyle.
  12. Get some cool designs and have Sox or Versus do the manufacturing. You will be competing against then for the same socks in terms of fabric and fit so I suggest you get those designs on point. Retail price will be the same as what they sell for to be competitive. Little bit more if your designs are unique and in demand. How do you plan on selling these? Online or approach stores to retail?
  13. At least 2kg extra weight. Then again I would just scrape all the paint off my frame to begin with. Save even more weight.
  14. Jeez... people will complain about just about everything these days.
  15. Agree with what everyone is saying. You should be on a medium no matter what they "told" you. The shop took you for a ride on the wrong sized bike. Take it back and insist on a refund or exchange for a similar bike or the correct size Merida. This is BS that you were sold a big that is too big.
  16. Everything looks like paint damage to me. Doubt this will be warranty issue.
  17. Ja... looks like it was lying in a tub of acid.
  18. What the hell did they do to the crank!!!
  19. Butcher front and back at the moment in T9 2.35" versions. So far it is the best gripping tyre I've ever ridden. Had some minor problems with durability on one set but it turned out to be worthy of a warranty claim. I do have another set on the shelf which is Butcher/Eliminator. Keen to try that combo.
  20. Agree 100% with this. My fiance is 1.65m and rides a 35mm stem with 800mm bars. She bought the Stumpy with them and she loved it from the first ride. Her Orbea was also upgraded the same day to 780mm bars. There is no right or wrong width. It is what you feel comfortable riding.
