  7. My case from when I was wrongly arrested was also withdrawn. It sucks that the cops can just arrest people (and assault them) and get away with it. Too much time and money to try sue them. They are on a power trip

Wilro results won't be used for seeding, the data the organizers gave the timing company was wrong (ID numbers mixed up) I see they have now removed Bela Bela 2010 but not added 2011 so I assume there is a problem. I think these 2 races should refund my entry, I only did them to get onto the seeding ladder Superseeding is now saying they are still considering Kremetart. Maybe it is all part of the Racetech "take over the world" plan and make it pointless to enter Championchip races
  13. Strange though that a 1500 calorie a day diet makes me perform better than eating 4000 calories a day
  14. Just by switching back from cakes/biscuits/sweets/junk to healthy food I feel a massive improvement in my cycling. I was struggling to keep up on club rides and now I can break away off the front.
  15. It has more to do with what you eat and not how far you ride or at what heart rate
  16. I put on 11kg in the winter. Dropped 6 of those in the last 18 days :clap:
  17. Over a few months I put back on 11kg of the 30kg I lost. Managed to lose 6 of those in 18 days :clap:

  19. What clamp did you use? Please post a pic, also the swivel point for the clamp.

  21. He says that one of the polar straps can be used instead of the Garmin strap and it is much better He also says the old Garmin HRM was better
  22. Funny, it worked properly once and I thought it was solved It is a 310XT with premium strap Software 3.70.0.0
  23. Mine is not clothing related, sometimes it is the first part of the ride, sometimes the middle and sometimes the end that is faulty. I have replaced battery I wash the strap regularly I have tried gel I have tried resetting the watch I have tried tightening the belt. I have even tightened it so much that I can't pull the HR sensor away from my chest, the elastic can't stretch any further :thumbdown:
