thanks guys. Im looking for the best xc fork-that i can offord. Iv had my fox for about a your and no complaints but just got a mazocchi marathon to see whats its like. Iv always wanted a remote lock out(on the handle bars) and am considering going to a 80mm (fox is 100). Racer X-what year is your fork? Iv always liked the look of the SID's

I do all my intense training on the road cause you can 'control the elements better' ie HR and cadence, etc an then do 1 technical session a week and I try do 1 long mtb ride a week just cause its way more fun than road riding.

Iv just replaced mine. I like them. not the fastest but good all round tire. and for the price. . .no better deal

SPd are less hassel , but Crank bro. are better riding experience.

it was a awsome race and the organisers couldnt do anything about the registration. there were a LOT of people and they worked flat out. come on guys give them a break. they made the start later to help everyone out. the route was very well marked, great water points and marshals. will definatly be there next year. why just concerntrate on the negative points.

if you train on the IDT and you dont hold your handle bars you can ride when ever you want. as long as there is no pressure on you collarbone or any area around it.

Does anyone have a pic of the white cervelo with world champ colours that is a Northcliff Cycles? I want to repaint my bike and was told to have a look at that bike, but im in CT so its a bit hard to go look at it. would really appreciate it. thanks

welcome to the hub Aimee I dont know of any lady groups in Tableview area but I suggest trying to go on some local group rides on the weekends and hopfully youll find people to ride with during the week. Go to you LBS(local bike shop) and ask them what group rides there are in your area.
