  1. I got my bike with XT, soon moved to XO, but now back to shimano XTR. I just found that shimano is a lot more reliable, a lot less maintence, although the grip shift is really nice. you can get SRAM gripshift that is compatable with shimano. http://www.sram.com/en/srammountain/compatibleshifters/attack/twistshifter.php
  2. U12 : 52-18 U16 : 52-16 U18 : 52-14 I think this is what it is. its been some time since i had these restrictions.

  11. ok so iv started riding my mtb a LOT more now and my road bike is just being left for a weekend ride, but want to know what is the avg life time of mtb components(XT) and tires(Maxxis) if i ride on the road and off road? is the wear on the mtb much more than the road bike? wheelz2009-10-15 10:42:27

  13. That's a Cannondale Shame, dont make cannondale look bad. they are already bad enough. I would not race for that team if I had to ride such an ugly bike.
  14. IMO shimano last very long but the look's are a better feel. they have a lot more float which I prefer to having your foot in 1 position the whole time. Im riding eggbeaters now and they are awsome.wheelz2009-10-08 00:57:49
