Dit was baie lekker gewees 'n heel anderste omgewing en baie vriendelike mense net jammer van daai moerse crash 10km in die 100km wedren my bene het goed gehou tot op 87km en toe is ek m@#r toe Die aand se 10km was ook maar 'n opdraaende stryd gewees en die eerste keer in my lewe het ek langer as 'n uur aan 10km gehardloop. Die koue bier en lekker kos het darem my van my seer bene laat vergeet. Ek is defnitief terug volgende jaar
I went out early yesterday morning for ride on the "road" and was hit on the arm by the occupant of a sharky coloured 1400 Nissan bakkie going at full speed .The klein D@#$s hit my arm off the handle bars luckily I was able to keep the bike steady .They thought it was hilarious I didn't had enough fingers to show them . My hr was a steady 130 and after the incedent it went up to 173 . So if you are riding on the Randfontein Krugersdorp road watch out for that bakkie
