Vitally important, I replaced my BB (Twice actually, the second time I took it out to grease the heck outve it), my freehub and my rear wheel's bearings just to get rid of an annoying click / creaking noise during pedalling, turns out the threads on the pedals were very dry, greased them up over the weekend and now I enjoy the silence again....

Looks like a novatec freehub that, serviced one last week that was in rough shape. Your LBS should be able to get a replacement one. I did notice that the inner bearings were replaceable.

I'd rather remove and plug it a home than risk it pulling out on a ride. Most of the time the stans will seal it if you rotate the hole to the bottom for a minute or 2

I'm very tempted to take mine to 120mm but I also like my front teeth.

If its QR then the max you "should" take it to is 100mm (so the book says), if its tru-axle / maxle then you can take the second spacer out and get to 120mm. Not sure i understand the logic but it must have something to do with the strength of the lowers, I've seen other forks running 120mm with QR that never had a problem.
