Dorado and garlic Whiskey and coke Prawns and Peri-peri Curried prawn Chilli and chicken Tuna with anything Galjoen and garlic Which taste are you after? The one kills the other in my opinion. Hake and garlic perhaps is better than Dorado and garlic. Very special fish is a Dorado.

Change of management at the company. LIFO and would not accept me farming In NZ even though I have distinctions in what I did. Yeah, right, as they say In NZ - ask the blonde, she is in charge.

I had to do it after one year and it was not accepted so had to clear out. Cost a few bob and had to have Tax clearance before they would allow me to leave. (Should have made a plan 'cos it is not going well here.)

IDT is certainly not going to cut it. I would avoid the IDT at this stage and spend time in the saddle, lots of time, distance should not be the goal. This will come later but TITS is the starting point for me always. Build the endurance and not the speed, economy on the bike, learn to recover fast - what to do and drink afterwards, do it again the next day (week-ends) This works for me and I reckon I could do 10hrs in the saddle at my pace - slow.

Did a PE - EL trip solo on a 16' cat in my youth once. Not easy, no matter how crazy you are. Cross an ocean - NEVER!

I will now import whenever I can. Have tried to "keep it local" with bad results. Much, much cheaper. Pay import levies and still smile. (Beware clothes, shoes etc.)

Agree. Those bars are not lekker. I used a Portola bar and I am more than happy with it. It has a longer grip than than the Midge. Not getting a Jones Bar are you?
