Even better, they quoted me R4151 for only the lenses, including the frame the price was R8141. That is for the frame that CWC is advertising for R1599 I think. Luckily I have a frame.

It can definately be a lower back problem. If the cuschion between L4 - L5 or L5 - S1 is damaged it can pinch the nerves running into your legs. This can happen without any 'incident' taking place. MRI will definately show it. If that is the problem go see dr Hanhle at Linksfield. He replaced L5 S1 with an artificial disc and less than 1 year later I did Sani2C and can do anything I did before.

In my last IM I rode a P2 that was set up pretty relaxed, high upfront. I am a lot more flexible now and would go a bit more agressive. What I need to know is how the geometry differs from a P2 to a P3 to a Planet X or a Spez?

Mule packs MORE than enough for a day ride. I always forget to take out stuff and end up with too many things in mine.

I tried KCNC on SRAM but also went back to the original. They definately spin better.

I cant seem to find recommended pressures for rear shocks on the Fox website. I know it can be done with sag but would like to test this. I assume though that the pressure is specific to each bike?
