Ive been cycling a whole lot lately and since yesterday I could not change gears into my big chainring with my left hand first though front derailer packing up only to realise later my left hand pinky and ring finger is completely weak. So after some googling turns out this ulnar nerve thats trapped which happens from a lot of cycling but now how is it fixed, should i leave it a few days and see if it gets better, or must i rush to the ICU? did anybody have this before and how did it pan out?

thanks everybody I ended up going to Action Cycles and they were very helpfull had me back on the road in an hour, turned out to be the one bearing that was ceasing and that bushing that was dry

hallo all I am travelling at present with my MTB have Mavic Sl rims and my rear hub seems to be packing up makes a terrible GRRRR noise when freewheeling. I am now in Port Elizabeth Can anybody refer me to a bike shop that can sort this out real quick??

svm its important that you give proper details, after all it helps other hubbers, so: exactly where was the lady? did she look like a cyclist/hiker? or just one of the many who hang around around the spruit? was the police there or not, if not did you report it? Also last sunday morning I saw two police vehicles at the bridge at william nicol (where the spruit goes underneath william nicol) on the side going to bryanston, anybody knows what that was about? does the police not patrol the spruit anymore?

I was there when on holiday recently, (Noordhoek) hardly had stock from what I could see although the bloke who was there was very helpfull

a lot of international airlines go according to size and weight and i found most bags are too big. The thule bike case, although expensive and you have to dismantle your bike, got closes to meeting all requirements, and it has wheels and handles etc making it easy to handle.

jislaaik guys i never thought a nose job is so bad - be warned!!! I have 2 say i HAD ENOUGH I am abbout to take the law into my own hands and pull this gause and whatever other sh*t tey pushed up my nose out by myself!@!! My nose is blocked 110%, I can not smell, eat, drink or talk, the latter being the biggest predicament given I am female!! Fuuck no.....yelp!! I need help send jokes or drugs.. anything..... thanks every time i look in the mirroe my nose is bigger and my eyes get bluer monday i have an interview for a chap who want a job, I agreed to meet him at a coffee shop coz i did not think I will look so bad, sure if he still wants to work for me after that he will be touch as nails!! send more jokes coz i want to spam the poor sods email boxes at work next week
