So Ive read a bit on the topic and just want to hear what is your opinions? Obviously the important part is on the bike, but what to take? I like 32GI as well as the Hammer perpetuem... Is it neccesary to take anything else? (like a gel or a bar?) Also, with all the stations on the run, what to take there? Only liquids, or get some bananas, gels or bars in?

Can I fit a 10 spd mountain bike chain to my road bike (Campag groupset)?

After my chain broke twice during the 94.7 I decided to change it. Now: I have 10 speed chains which I use on my mtb. Can I use this with my Campag groupset??? Thx

I bought a attachment that allows you to mount a bottle where you want it. Just 2 plactic straps with an attachment to add the screws of the cage

Maybe check your gloves!?! I get I when I use gloves with padding. Think they increase the pressure on the veins...

I like the old one better...

What works best is to relax! When one tenses up you tend to be too "stiff" and the downhill feels much worse than it is...

First time at Teak place and yesterday again. It works fine, and then all of a sudden gives a crazy distance reading. I did 15 673km yesterday (in about 2 hours!)

Rather have a look for a second hand bike? If you search around you'll get a lot more bang for your buck...

100% quality is 100% quality - dit kan nie verskil nie. Al wat sekere brands doen is om ander (bv kreatien, BCAA of taurine) by te sit. Maar die L-glutamine self is dieselfde. Dieselfde met creatine monohydrate. Dis 'n rou produk en almal sn is dieselfde. Al wat verskil is die by produkte. In kreatien is die byprodukte belangriker, want jou liggan kan dit nie alleen opneem nie. Dit moet bind met 'n suiker. Vir die beste recovery vir seer spiere, meng kreatien (as jy dit wil gebruik), L glutamine en 'n protein shake. Studies het bewys whey protein werk baie beter as dit saam creatien opgeneem word. 'n Ander opsie wat help met herstel van spiere is BCAA's (branch chained amino acids). Maar op die einde van die dag is eet & slaap baie belangriker as supplements!
