  4. Thx man! Will give it a try!
  5. Thx Thug - had a look at the link. Seems very technical? Does it show the "maps" the same as Google earth?
  6. Just got my Edge 800 yesterday - Itching to use it now!!!! Doesnt have any local maps on though, so : what software to use? Im not keen to pay R1299 for the Topo maps. Anyone here use the Birdseye software? Or what other options are there? Also, where can I search for maps that other people have ridden? Thx!
  7. L-glutamine is n rou produk. Almal is 100% - so dit maak nie saak watse brand jy koop nie... Gewoonlik is die Evox ene maar die beste waarde vir geld, maar dis al waoor dit gan!
  8. I had the same issue - got a stem with a bigger angle (and 10mm longer). Works perfect now...
  9. They announced that someone lent a pump and dropped it of at the organizers tent?
  10. You can fit almost any length,(as far as I know) you must just ensure the sizes (where it clamps on the steerer & handlebars) are right. I had the same bike and also shortened mine

  17. Thx for the suggestion. Im more keen to do as much as possible self. Not that I mind taking it to my LBS, but there nothing here (closest is propably Fritz in Pta). I just couldnt wait to the next time we go through, so thought id give it a go...
  18. Now I just need a spacer - what a mission in Witbank! Anyone doing Mankele the weekend who's keen to make a delivery fee? (and maybe help to ensure I dont die with some or other fork failure....?)
  19. Thx guys - sorry if this is a simple question - I did a lot of searching but couldnt find much. What is the correct way to install it? How do I pre-set it? I also need to get the pressures right, but from what ive read I need a schock pump...
  20. It doesnt bother me, I just dont want something to go wrong...
  21. Hi guys. Yesterday I installed a RockShox Reba team, and compared to my old steerer, they were the same length. After installation, I have a small pice protruding at the top (I swear my old one was flush). Is this fine or will it be a issue?
  22. Thx guys. Ive gone tubeless - so I think Ill wait and save - was thinking a SID?
  23. Ok guys, I have a Merida Matts-TFS 100. So I decided to build it up part by part and then later get a better frame. So far Ive done: * Shimano XT wheels with Conti tyres * Fizik Gobi So what would you recommend next? I dont want to spend more than about R3000 at this moment. I think I'll wait with a fork for now (till I have more funds), so I thought XT pedals with maybe XTR or Avid Elixir brakes. The other option is I can start buying the parts to replace my current groupset (but I cant put the pieces up as I have a 8 spd and the new ones will be 10 speed. I was also looking at a Garmin Gps just for fun?
  24. No issues with mine...
  25. Ive got a Merida 100 and LOVE it!!!
