  1. http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd175/Seanf1art/20160421_114239_zpsc5mjmp8p.jpg Ja, not a supermodel... When my Hope cranks arrive I guess it'll be under 15kgs.
  2. Hang on I'll weigh mine quickly.
  3. You need the FR casing...
  4. Are you guys seriously comparing Stans with Hope?
  5. Yeah, we are waiting for the Maxxis to arrive from Rush Sports.
  6. I said it while we were building it but I'll say it again: that must be the most interesting looking black Pascoe I've ever seen.
  7. The 27.2 is only available as a high end Lev. Difficult to find any other brands with that diameter.
  8. I warned him about the lycra pant.
  9. V12 said he was a bit sore today...
  10. How was it?
  11. No dude. It's for when you ride with a complaining SO
  12. Citizen has closed and is now a health shop.
  13. I'm working on a map which we will display at the shop. But for now just pop in and ask us.
  14. Best to come in and chat to Jason, our bikelopedia wizard, regarding that.
  15. We charge R250 for lower service on all forks but we're in Jhb so doesn't help you. It's pretty easy to do it yourself. Youtube it. Just need to buy fork oil from your local motorbike shop.
  16. Or WTB Frequency or Spank Oozy or Eastern Arc or... or...
  17. It's 200mm
  18. When I rode the Stage for the first time while my 140 was having it's paint job. I felt like I was cheating. PRs for days... Everywhere except for the technical downhills.
  19. 1. Smaller wheel climbs, accelerates and turns better than a larger wheel. It doesn't hold momentum and roll over rough as well though. Take your pick. The 110 and 120 climb really well especially the traction that the chassis gets on rough loose climbs. It's just phenomenal. 2. Take a large with short stem. 3. I'm Pyga biased but I've ridden both and would take the Max every single time.
  20. Stage frames are R41 - R42k now 110 and 120 frames are R22k.
  21. Have found some cassetes creak on certain freebodies. Noise doesn't go away till you replace the cassette.
  22. Cool article. Regarding the "tame" naming... SP1 = Rinkals SP2 = Peppercorns SP3 = Sidewinder SP4 = Egg Eater (XCO downhill - refers to doing the drops with saddle up) SP5 = Boomslang SP6 hasn't received a cool name yet I don't think but I haven't spoken to Johan about the trails recently. SP4B also hasn't got a name yet...
  23. They are okay. Not brilliant like the Feedback bike racks. You could redesign them with a wider base - that would be better.
