    Is NotSoBigBen your dad? This will determine if we give advice or not. Don't want your dad to moer me at Thaba on Saturday. I'm in the same boat. Can hit some smaller jumps on the Morewood but the M9 is a whole different animal to jump. Where can we find big, safe table tops to jump?

    Spare set of tyres will be Blue Groove 2.35"s. No idea what to expect but they look pretty good on paper..

    How did the Big Bettys hook up? Have a brand new set - Trailstar/Verstar combo. The Minions on the M9 are still quite fresh so ill run them for training.

    Rider height doesn't determine wheel size. For your planned riding a 650B will be more responsive and handle jumps and drops a little better.

    Doesn't really matter but I run mine on the left. Guess I just like them away from the rear derailleur.
