  1. So it's taken me a while but here are some pics from the end of Stage 3 of the Race. I took them randomly so I haven't a clue who any of the riders are. See if you can spot yourself

  4. Tsk, tsk... a cycling forum with a gazillion pro cyclists and no response to this simple question?... Hey my buddy, consider this a free bump
  5. With all due respect, I don't understand... Do you guys go to Sani2C to ride a race or to have your bikes serviced? I don't understand the rationale behind going to an event of this nature without ensuring that your bike is in good working order beforehand
  6. ActiveC... I cannot actually believe what I'm reading. That you can be intimidated like this and the moron has the audacity to intentionally hurt your dog too?! I can't place exactly which part of the spruit you're referring to but just be careful out there.. good on you for the shin kick... I would've aimed a bit higher but then, I'm from the south
  7. Aaah Lowly, well done on your 2nd Friday journey. Now to make it a bit safer, do it on the MTB. Go on, the extra effort will make you stronger too (or so I'm told)

  14. I've found Shimano shoes to be quite wide (cos I have the same problem) but more recently found that Exustars work too.. the others that I've tried have all been too narrow
  15. This is really infuriating. I'm glad you walked away unharmed and seriously hope your bike was insured. Sorry about your ordeal.
  16. Assuming you're using windows, select your pics in explorer and right click. Use the 'send to' and select mail recipient. You will be prompted to 'make pictures smaller' or 'keep original size'. Make them smaller and mail them to yourself
