With all due respect, I don't understand... Do you guys go to Sani2C to ride a race or to have your bikes serviced? I don't understand the rationale behind going to an event of this nature without ensuring that your bike is in good working order beforehand

I've found Shimano shoes to be quite wide (cos I have the same problem) but more recently found that Exustars work too.. the others that I've tried have all been too narrow

Assuming you're using windows, select your pics in explorer and right click. Use the 'send to' and select mail recipient. You will be prompted to 'make pictures smaller' or 'keep original size'. Make them smaller and mail them to yourself
