I have 2 solutions that have worked for me in the past: just don't keep any chocolates/sweets in the house. If they're there, I'm going to eat them Brush your teeth straight after eating dinner. Chocolate doesn't taste the same when you've just brushed teeth, and if you're lazy like me, it's going to be too much effort to brush my teeth again after eating the chocolate

I've been shot by a BB gun going up Krugersdorp hill, one shot straight to the butt cheek. The pain was unbelievable, inflicted by a bunch of youngsters that obviously thought it was cool and/or funny. My reaction was a full blown verbal attack, which they found even funnier. 4 against 1?
