    haha so did I - I personally would not use tape to repair a puncture ( a self adhesive patch works wonders as well)

    There is cheap accommodation close by - citruscreek R250 for chalet. They have a 9 hole golf course so leaving work a little early and hopefully get 9 holes in

    Please read - I said it was touch and go (the call could have gone either way). It was a huge moment for both teams. I never said the ref cheated - ill leave the excuses to the bulls fans

    A friends sold an SLR camera and received an SMS and email confirmation - both were fake and he posted the camera based on that. He called the guy up (who all of a sudden had a difference accent) and the guy just laughed at him and told him he was an idiot and he would send the camera back if he deposited another R5k. Which he obviously didnt do - so I can understand the reflecting in bank account part.

    The peno in extra time against the Cheetahs was touch and go and ultiamtely one of the big moments in their season.

    plus initiation fee to be added to the principle loan and there after interest on that as well

    Make sure you bike is in an easy gear in T1 to get going on the bike quickly

    Thanks I appreacite your position and yes we require role models but I cant say that the Pro triathletes are very accessible or even based in the country most of the year so that point does become quite mute. Im also not of the view that sport stars are good role models - in fact much of the time the exact opposite. Like I said a choice would be great

    You assume every triathlete cares about the pro's - if I have money and have a choice to sponsor Richard (who is a great athlete) or myself it becomes a simple choice. What about Henri and Wian? How about JGR working with people to find them jobs. I work on commission only but would love to get sponsorship money regardless of my success. If this is the case there should be a choice - R25 admin fee to race OR R100 with the knowledge you sponsor Richard Murray.
