Article seems vague - headline says coach but article says director. I think the Director of Coaching has an overall job of handling coaching and continuity throughout all the various levels. Handles recruitment, developments ect. Whilst a coach will just 'coach' the players currently in the structure that the director creates. I think the sharks are trying this system after Smit enjoyed it at sarries with Bredan Venter. Coach = tracksuit ... Director of Coaching = suit.

Yes but we dont know the influence he might carry over the other two selectors. But my example was to relate it to something we 'bok' supporters complain about all the time. Meyer has Blue tinted glasses ect.

I think the coach and being a selector is the issue - not the drugs free or supliment issue. Imagine if Frans Ludeke/Naka Drotske/Alistair Coetzee chose the Bok team .. there might be question marks. It also effects those seleceted in cases

Nepotism is favoritism granted to relatives or friends, with no regard to merit. Nepotism can happen at home, school, college, politics and even in workplace - try look further than wiki next time. It is not exclusive to politics or family as you suggest

In a situation like this there is room for nepitism (even if not intended) and there will also be someone who feels effected by it - even if it did not happen.

I use the profile design ones - with the built in elastic (plastic band) almost to hard to get them out

I would have bid but dont think it would have been more than whats already down (and has probably gone up) as I would need to cover my partner
