Thanks for all the info guys - I'm forwarding it to my friends. Our email at work seems a bit slow - so I haven't heard from them yet re: their budget and/or exact requirements. They just asked about racing wheels. It's for a husband & wife - so two sets.

Which Racing wheels would you recommend? Good value for money? Performance? (Friends of mine would like to buy two sets) Personally I ride with Ksyrium SL's.

I'll definitely be doing it. Not sure whether on my bike or doing tandem with Beee yet. But I enjoyed the race last year.

According to Bicycling website: Follow the "above the neck" rule. If the illness is above the neck, go ride. If it's below, ride the couch... I've also seen that taking my RHR at night before falling asleep gives me a lower value than taking it in the morning. I am definitely not in rest mode in the mornings - thinking about work and everything that needs to get done!

Genade!! Gaan uit vir een site meeting en kyk wat gebeur in my afwesigheid!! Raak sommer betrokke by iets wat ek niks van weet nie!! Gelukkig vir my het ek 'n geldige verskoning, dis sussie se babatee Saterdag, dus sal ek jul party moet mis - maar gelukkig lyk dit my is Miss V meer as gereed om jul te entertain! Ek is seker jul sal my les van "how not to" nie verskriklik mis nie! hehehe!
