  1. WOW, what a work around but well done.
  2. I think they are being "good" to me, I have not had issues with it since the beginning, the updates are a pain in the backside, but they have come leaps and bounds with features. I will be the leach to use it until it becomes a paid service, currently trying to get my fitness back.
  3. I would not mind Deore, if it's at a good price point
  4. MS01 – Friction Worx Try this, I have used their "optimized" chains and can recommend them.

  8. Good morning, All. Once again, the Bikebub community came together to get this man a proper bike, a Special thanks to the following users, @Spinnekop, @NC_lurker and @RobertWhitehead for donations to make this possible. I want to start about two years ago, this guard purchased a Merida Matts from a friend and fixed it up nicely; then last year December he got Bikejacked by Gun point in Central Boksburg, so with little disposable cash het purchased the cheapie in the other picture below and rode it from repair to repair, Then @RobertWhitehead offered this other bike as a donation, @NC_lurker sent me same cash, which I used to purchase some cables, @Spinnekop sent me some tires, and @JK Cycles | Jordan Atmore sent me some tubes, I then finished the build and handed over the bike. This man is over the moon with his new ride. I decided to post this not for any credit but to say thanks to the contributors and to highlight how awesome the Bikehub community is.
  9. Check on the 3D printing for amateurs' thread, lots of guys doing nice stuff.
  10. If you don't have a Garmin device; then open a Garmin account, link Zwift to Garmin account, do workout, export workout, then edit workout in fitfiletools to make it recorded by any Garmin device, upload it to Garmin connect then you will score the points.
  11. If I am not mistaken, the Emperor's classic is on the same week-end.
  12. I have converted a Silverback Sola and I fitted a 42t on it but nothing bigger will fit
  13. I also think the COVID pandemic skewed the prices for quite some time, and it is busy resetting, slowly but surely. (Hopefully)

  21. Good morning, just a quick feedback, I have a Senator 1/4" 5 - 20NM torque wrench, I paid R900 for it, had it checked this morning by Torque tool in Johannesburg, it was out by 5%, they reset it to within 3% repeatability, all in all not bad for a "cheap" tool.
  22. Big red barn is Gravel friendly
  23. Plus one for the 530 and above model the "climb" feature is quite nifty, only one of the good features that I love about it. JUST DO IT - you know you want to.
  24. There are some serious enduro lines, I am not sure it is Gravel bike friendly.
