  1. Correct, I could only get a 3310, and when that died (yes I managed to break one) I got a loaner 6210. Man what a phone it was!!!
  2. yeah, there is a big spike on my graph this time last year, attributed to Sani2C. Always enjoyed the event, last year was extra special, due to having done it on SS. So in that spirit: #ThrowbackTuesday
  3. yeah, outside kinda put the brakes on the Tron for me, will get it tonight. Only have 446m left to climb. Been chasing route badges for the xp boost.
  4. Only have Berg n Bush lined up. It's part of my SS bucket list. Tour de Tuli was cancelled (no training required, just beer fitness) I'm hoping the event will carry on, but I'm not too positive about it. I know it will probably not go ahead, given our current situation.
  5. Captive training..... 29 March - 155 5 April - 424 12 April - 516 19 April - 514 26 April - 459 3 May - 498 10 May - 437 Getting out to feel the difference in the real world has been great. My last ride before LD was terrible. Suffered to no end, been having lots of fun when I go out in the mornings these days.
  6. Donna (2017) Jackie (2020)
  7. Closest I got was some shoes, and my current saddle. And the saddle is awesome.
  8. That 70’s show https://youtu.be/KonlrTyevVo
  9. Yard time. Took my sweet time to get going. Did a climb close to home, and was so spent afterwards, I decide to head home, instead of doing the extra 3 kms I had planned. I rode fasted, so needed some coffee and brekkie...(that’s my excuse, and Im sticking with it)
  10. no jest. There will be a major shift to essential doors only, and for those that can afford, automated. Still need a door on the crapper, so washing of hands afterwards still necessary.
  11. I really enjoyed RocknRolla (dunnow if you can tell?) My favorite of his.
  12. Would have been a heluva show with that lineup
  13. or a higher thread count in the undie material
  14. having had a trainer for a couple of years now, the benefits of mid-week training for some-one who works is great. Lockdown or not, I see a smart trainer as essential kit for fitness on a time limited schedule. Bike handling skills because of this is a whole different discussuion.
  15. Which then would answer the "is the hardtail dead" question.... I'm shouting from the sidelines here. My drivetrain costs are minimal. I'm certainly not on the "spendy" side of cycling. My recent wheel upgrade, cost me more or less what my frame cost in 2012. Both below the R3500 mark.
  16. There is an "emergency herbalist" shop close to us, that is advertising that they are open.
  17. I'm thinking the have's will still make a plan to get that shiny new piece of kit. (but in reduced numbers) Those people may also opt to hold on to what they have for a while longer, rather look at the cost of "upgrading" component wise. Perhaps a solid component market may be of better value to the importers. If they stock "old technology" components for maintenance, it may just keep them ticking over from a volume point of view, instead of trying to sell grouppos for 25k a shot (I have no idea what a top of the range groupset cost) I see shimano still offers their 2 x 10 option in the new deore offering, despite coolheats that seemed to have thought that 2x was a dying breed...
  18. Wasn't sure what day it is, but now I know.
  19. some 28 year old pop/rock.
  20. that's next level "keeping your digital footprint small"
