Thedoctor, I'll keep an eye out for you. Not sure I'll go under 3 but want to go as close to it as possible. I'm on the Bianchi, celeste kit.

Coming soon to a 94.7 near you!
  9. Anyone who can advise on this route please. I plan to ride it in the mornings early, during the week after the 94.7. Any safety issues I should be aware off? When's the best time in terms of traffic? Road surface? Residential area with open gates and lurking dogs? http://www.mapmyride...creen/11807252/
  10. Funny I just saw their name on the JJCycling website as an official distributor of Bianchi's yesterday and thought, "where did I hear that name before"??? and thought I'd have to pay them a visit when I'm in town. The name must've rang a bell from the auction. Then I come across this thread..... Good move on avoiding a complete disaster but young Liam is gonna have to keep that up bigtime to reverse the damage.
  11. I wonder why you called Delilah?
  12. Then again. Even on the official website it is advertised with Di2 so it can't be that bad.
  13. Haha! Yeah its Insane the amount of stick I've been getting on this.... I tried to hide the livery and branding
  14. Thanka dude!
  15. Hi guys, Just want to ask if this is normal on a chainring. If had this on for just over 500kms so almost brand new. If you look closely some of the teeth are rather “blunt” or flat. I’m sure it would have looked like this when it was fitted, though I dint check it specifically. Only just noticed it when the bike came back from a service yesterday. Please help.
  16. How do I get to the cradle???
  17. I did it last year finishing in 3:43 after TT'ing the early bits and fading badly "on that other highway"
  18. No, did it with 3 mates but I dictated the pace. Lead them out over the "flat" bits and waited at the top of the climbs. So 3:15 is moving time not the time it took to complete the ride. Waiting times wasn't too long.
  19. I started too fast in a recent event and then bonked so I did a ride over the weekend to test my condition. I covered 79.5kms in 3:15 including 1324m climbing. The climbing was by far tougher than what’s expected in the 94.7. These averaged 6-8% and kicked up to a max of around 12%. My average speed was 24.4km/h but I wasn’t really bothering to go fast on the descends and the flat bits. To finish the 94.7 in under 3:15 I need to up my average to about 30km/h. I’m worried about that intensity. I start in group “M”. What finish time do I target realistically?

  22. I thought it was one "nut" as per that other thread.
  23. Okay Group "M" boys put up your hands please.
