  1. As in "Milo" John???
  2. Nice one against all the Delilah's and Judas'
  3. I only ever downloaded one SFF video and only ever used it once. Not that there's anything wrong with it so I might just try it again over the weekend. I worked with a coach last year who gave me mostly IDT workouts and ever since then I love working on the IDT. The coached workouts is far more structured then Sufferfest if you are on specific goals. The IDT and coach is by far the best money I've spent on my cycling so far.
  4. There was an article about this in the new Ride Mag. August addition I think. Might not be on the shelves yet cause I downloaded mine yesterday!
  5. "....Amla (29) is a devout Muslim and although it is the holy month of Ramadan, he said he will observe the fast when he returns home to Durban....." http://mg.co.za/article/2012-07-23-the-team-comes-first-says-amla
  6. I can just imagine how frustrated Cav must be and he'll prolly reckon it was great in Sky..... but.....
  7. His been known to fast in the past regardless of matches/training but apparently this time he is not. Had the discussion with someone yesterday who told me of confirmation that he and Tahir will not be fasting on match days. I heard Amla speaking once of a test in Durban where the humidity was around 80% and he batted nearly all day with a dehydration headache thinking: "When am I gonna get out!" The guy is a legend!
  8. If the Sharks beat the Stormers they have to go all the way back to NZ for a final! Yikes!
  9. Or some might interpret it as that's exactly what you need to be as a team leader. Of course Chris is frustrated, and he showed there that his not going to pussy foot and tip-toeing around Wiggins. Pulling his earpiece out, saying **** you and throwing down the gauntlet would've been wrong. But I think he showed them very subtly that they will have to consider his feelings as well, if they don't want to lose him. Money isn't everything, so **** Sky! Winning isn't everything. Recognition and being allowed to test the limits of your own abilities counts for a lot. Sooner rather than later Froome will want to test himself against the best. He will want to establish how good he can be! And if Sky won't let him seek those answers, it's better if he leaves now. Im sure Sky will keep him, and his subtle hints yesterday (deliberate or not) certainly won't go unnoticed.
  10. This is like the Vodacom thread! Service levels is rediculous!
  11. Splashing the cash would be one way and alternatively they would need to gain the UCI points yes. But they are most likely to look at striking a deal on one of the wildcard entries. me thinks!
  12. Nah! They paid Irani government officials around $2 000 000 in bribes for that Iran cell contract. Plus all their shady dealings in Nigeria they'll make up that 5 million Gorillas in no time!
  13. Not even excited today and in no rush to get home!
  14. 2015!
  15. Clicked on the first page of this thread and thought..... HuH????
  16. Then Vino is a nice domestique to have. I think Berto will extend with Saxo!
  17. It's Vino's last tour right? Can't see him carrying on and even if he does his not in any sort of shape. berto extended with Saxo didn't he?
  18. We can’t compare this to the usual doping issue. Frankie didn’t test positive. He was non-negative! That translates to: “He is not gesuip. He is inebriated!” But really, this suing someone for poisoning is an interesting one. I wonder on who’s advice he ingested “what” product if this person is not linked to the team as they’ve completely distanced themselves from this one hanging sister Schleck out to dry! Almost like chooning him to fight his own battle!
  19. That's I meant with “explaining to do”. Someone coming from a background of running/swimming (as opposed to someone with zero athletic activity) riding good times certainly EXPLAINS a lot of the condition he would’ve been in coming into cycling.
  20. I think it's a limitation of the Ipad rather than the hub! Ipad doesn't allow you to "browse" for pictures saved in directories. It's the same when wanting to upload to FB. You can only "share" via apps like Mypad for Ipad. Or someone please educate me!
  21. 196 to be exact. I think this small K has some explaining to do.
  22. Thanks for making us all feel slow and bad for not spending enough time with our families.
  23. From what kinda base would that be? Sounds a bit extreme if we talking about an athlete who is in decent shape already?

Just had a look at my starting group from last year. The guy who came first was 57 minutes quicker than me and his in age group 65-69 (I'm hoping that was somehow a mistake) making me somewhere half his age. He was only second in his age group as well. If that's right he must've rode a killer time trial as his beaten off some in his age group who started from VG down to Group F!
  25. Let's call it Amateur racers = Groups G-Z and Amateur Pro's groups A-F! hehe!
