Guys seriously! I'm talking about carrying spares even though you have PUNCTURE PROTECTION. The type that goes between your tyre and your inner tube. A lining that's meant to prevent punctures. Called a gatorskin(I think). Or a Z-lining.

Yeah I'm talking here about puncture protection. I think it's called a gatorskin (puncture protection). Not Conti gatorskin tyres. Over here we call it a Z-liner, made by Zefal.

Even if you have gatorskins in a road bike? And how often have you needed it?

They get to that price based on what they can score compared to what it will cost to replace the sunglasses all together. It's like a one way ticket that cost 3/4 of the price of a return ticket.

I know you're doing it the other way around but I would imagine there's no more than a 3% different in RJvR' ability between these performance. So if you plan on improving till Argus 2013, by how much do you think you will improve realistically and work out the numbers from there.

At 2:29 your fitness is prolly the most important factor. I find off the bike its worse than when the adrenalin is pumping.
