I'm saturated with rugby and didn't even know about that game/jersey till I surfed the channels today. Had a WTF moment when I saw that logo and must agree it's butt ugly. Really have zero mojo for rugby this year. It's been to prolonged.

7 Weeks to go!! CANUBELIEVEIT??

So I went to see a orthopedist yesterday by which time I had a lame leg. He couldn't work out exactly what I've done either but confirmed I did some soft tissue somewhere/somehow. So onto anti-inflammatory for me but the leg and foot felt pretty normal after the first dosage. I still can't work out what I've done that was so different to the usual and also dont know if it might have been my friday/saturday sessions where I've overdone things and the effects only really started showing 24/48 hours later. Alls well that ends well (I Hope at least) but it's been really strange.

You got me thinking, I've been struggling with a stiff shoulders for a few weeks after training. Sometimes I can hardly turn my neck and have a rather sore muscles in the back of the neck. Been on them patches to relief muscle tension for last few weeks. I believe it's a bike set-up issue though. New bike should be ready tomorrow and I'm of to the doc today! Thanks for the help.

Thanks a lot for the comments boys. Much appreciated. I think "weird" is just the word. It really feels as such. Will see how it feels in the morning.

Now that the other foot is starting to feel similar I'm beginning to think not. First foot feels really bruised.

Keep a close eye on that as there is a history in the family. It's not that.

Started feeling it after a ride last night and it persisted all day (formal shoes). Was on the bike 2 hours ago and it didn't feel particularly worse while training and neither did it bother me. It's only now that I'm relaxing that it feels pretty obvious. Doesn't impede motion in anyway but kinda annoying. Other foot also starting to feel a little tender. No other symptoms

Toe nails aren't unusually long. Been using the same shoe for more than a year. Was considering the nerve thanks. The heel of the foot feels kinda tender as well.

My toes and just above the ball of mt left foot have this burning sensation. Almost like needles and pins It feels kinda numb. Only one foot. I haven't changed my shoes, cleat position or anything. Any reason for this or anyone experienced it?

How do I know what band size front derailluer I need. Measured the seat tube diameter which is around 115mm?
