  1. There is someone selling them on the hub, CNC'ed units - they look great. Can't recall the account details at present though Found this, but there was someone else https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/sensors-mounts-and-accessories/646017/garmin-varia-light-mount-for-specialized-seat
  2. Damnit, so sorry to hear, I hope that you make a full recovery and that the POS responsible is found. Will update the individual who informed me, he was very worried about you.
  3. As received, no further details are known. This was received today.
  4. been there and have the t shirt - or in this case the surgery scar! Similar to Wannabee got to a point where any movement was impossible - had discectomy - L5 S1 Years later I still have stiff back at times but I have found that since I have become ALOT more disciplined about core exercises and stretching, as well as managing my weight it has gotten alot better. Some days no discomfort at. Start with basic stuff like already mentioned - cat and cow - very good to loosen up the area. Try not to sit for too long - sitting is the worst for your back!
  5. with what internal rim is that? does ID not have a bearing as well?
  6. The Shimano R8000 comes to mind, they are set to handle up to 28mm RIM width, my understanding is that the ID of your rim also has a bearing on the final effective width of the final inflated width of the tyre though as is the height of the brake caliper on the frame. Some discussion links but I would be keen to hear some local user experience https://wahoox.forum.wahoofitness.com/t/rim-brake-clearance/23915/13 https://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=167610
  7. Damn, I just bought some stuff and it’s being sent by some parcel company which i assumed was a courier, hopefully doesn’t take too long! Thanks

  10. yeah, I also heard about some issues of that nature, guess it's down to a really great brand and tried an trusted but older wheel with what I have read handles the wind quite nicely for a 58mm rim vs something new..
  11. Thanks, they are about 8 years old, if not these, I am potentially looking at a set of Darkhorse 50's.

  19. The range is split into 3, with each offering different nutritional benefits, check the different names, I.e. Crush, Dash and Goo. They support general health, sustained energy and more immediate energy. Not produced my Rhodes though.
  20. Are darkhorse a great option, I’m eyeing the 50mm’s front and back, just worried about stiffness. My current wheels are quite stiff and I tip the scales at 97kg.
  21. Damn, had similar procedure a few years ago, nerve was also completely impacted, the pain is the worst ever! and surgery was also the only option, all the best with your recovery
