    I will dismount if it’s 1h30 zone 2 session. I rarely do longer z2 sessions than that. Intervals, I generally just push through, here again they are at most 1h20 thereabouts.

    Would that not limit the road performance though, I sometimes feel a bit under geared when rolling with guys on road bikes .

    Interesting chat, my “gravel bike” - a HT I converted to one has no issue with no tyre clearance and I’m comfortably running a set of 45’s. but I’m maxed out at 40 up front - I wonder if a spacer of sorts could sort this out?

    I had a terrible experience with an MRI, no shame in it, needed a back scan so went far in, bailed and needed meds with the re-do!

    MTB, has to be photochromic in my books as mentioned, the change in light just makes them a safer bet.

    My experience with CL has by and large been great. They have messed up before but have always remedied the situation which is ultimately what counts at the end of the day. Had some great service from their N1 City branch in particular, but most of my purchases have been online.

    Doubtful that it’s legit. Ridiculous “was and now” pricing, also no presence of a SA account on FB or instagram.
