  14. Not just car doors, today we encountered a runner going in same direction who stepped into the road into our path going through Kalk Bay. Without a care in the world, no glance back, and with headphones - so completely cut off, did not even hear us shout!

  16. Just heard of the passing of a young and talented cyclist, motorist opened their door and he collided with it at speed in Sea Point this morning , he succumbed to his injuries. RIP

  18. I’m using Ciovita’s indoor bibs , no issues of that nature for me . i must however point out that I have a pair of their new and current editions and the newer is a bit tighter! Must be the larger muscles in my thighs😜 nice and snug which is I guess is what you want for an indoor bib
  19. I generally wash all my kit once a week, at the end of the week , will look into the pre wash I think Ass magic makes one, apparently not washing it immediately is also not good, but it’s been working for me
  20. I have always only used delicate washing liquid, washed on its own and hung out of direct sunlight
  21. This took me less than 2 minutes, milk is frothed while shot is running , if beans are weighed and prepped before , that also saves more time…., but to each his own
  22. Time? What are we looking at from a comparison point of view? Depends on your process I guess i.e. how pedantic you are around yields, shot time, weights etc, but can't be that much.
