I popped a wheelie on my kids high end racing BMX which of course is a lightweight track specialist machine and I backflipped and couldn’t function as a human for 4 days. My wife continued to remind me about the skateboarding demo I tried to do I few years back. 🫣🙈🤣😂 have to agree, after 45 there is no more bounce, just one big ouch!

I see Campagnolo’s ProcTour presence is down to only one team! This could maybe be the last year we see Campag at top level and finally surrender to the broom wagon. I can’t even picture cycling without them? Campagnolo always equalled cycling. I mean back in the day I was sporting my Camp aero bottle and they just had a certain sense of style, and always had amazing innovation. The bike industry is changing and I fear it’s not for the better. When most bike shops in the US are offering 50 % sales to free up over heads cash. I can see Campagnolo’s price point to be a good conversion when many models don’t come spec’d with there equipment.🤔😔 Anyways, just like cork been replaced so it’s that Campag corkscrew.

You and I both… I also have a partner that’s good for a trade in, Hybrid * mode, high mileage but serviced regularly, still running original parts Russian/ Polish / South African - Always garaged, can be custom upgraded with silicone and fillers. All paperwork in order. 😬😂😂👀 * please note: requires high maintenance

Purchasing bike gear in the past was all about the relationship you had with your LBS, these days that loyalty is gone. It’s about the best possible price and quick delivery. What happened to going in, having a chat, picking up some new entries for events and just hanging out, while bicycles are spinning in the background emitting from the workshop… all these experiences was part and parcel of this sport. Now your whole purchasing experience is down to a mouse click. How sad, no wonder the bike industry is shirking, has anyone seen how many works at Wahoo and others brands are downscaling operations? Even Specialized bombed there Ambassador program just like that! One brand is stuck with so much stock they they running a buy one get one free scheme! Yeah.. tough times ahead if you selling bike gear for sure. So stores had better start up fixing services or soon they’ll be stuck with a permanent cart that’s ( ).
