  3. Also had a hard time finding anything except low fat or even fat free Finally my local PnP stocked - I think it's the PnP brand Greek double thick. You can also try Woolies, they should have something too
  4. Have you seen the explicit version? It's exactly the same, except all the models are topless and shameless
  5. This morning's post workout meal: 200g Full Cream Yogurt with a few mixed berries. Yum
  6. Please don't comment if you still use a blackberry
  7. I think the S4 comes with an app for tracking your riding and HR, but you can also use Endomondo for that, which has other neat functions like interval training too
  8. hence:Hub VS Saddle Time
  9. Do you spend more time on the Hub than on the saddle? I'll start by saying: YES
  10. Sure, if it is training, it counts
  11. I thought it might be interesting to see how many hours per week Hubbers (claim to) cycle at the moment. No one can see who your vote so don't make it a pissing contest I guess most of us weekends warriors are less on the road during winter, but that shouldn't be an excuse
  12. In line with the current Bruce Lee craze, I've read the following on the wiki page about him:
  13. Do the Low Carb High Fat diet, it's so much fun you won't need motivation! See the LCHF thread on the Hub
  14. Thats great, didn't know that happens. What was the story? How did they recover it?
  15. Does no one want the LOOK frame CWC has on auction?
  16. Having some bacon and salad for lunch. So liberating to not have to watch fat intake
  17. Here is the nutritional info for Lindt 85% dark chocolate from lindt.ca: http://www.lindt.ca/fileadmin/lindt_ca/01_products/nutrition_facts/Missing_Nutrition_Facts/2850---Excellence-85_-Cacao-Bar.gif and: MyFitnessPal - Lindt Excellence 85%
  18. Unrelated info: Mark Sission's take on low-carb alcohol options. http:// http://www.marksdailyapple.com/low-carb-alcohol/#axzz2Yfcvxgij Seems like some whiskey on the rocks may be okay now and then
  19. I also thought about this but it seems that there will always be a generous amount of artificial sweetener in anything sweet and LC. My sweet tooth satisfaction I get from mixed berries in Greek yogurt with a sprinkling of sweetener over it
  20. But what if they release a 28" next year?
  21. Heard this on 5fm The Arrows & DJ Kent http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBVfe4tNbyA
  22. They do business there? We visit family there annually (actually, Loeriesfontein), but haven't had the chance to take my MTB with yet I will try this next time, for sure. Thanks EDIT: I don't know that specific route but just keep in mind that there isn't cellphone reception everywhere, just inside the towns around there for the most part
  23. I don't understand that link but I prefer to cook with avocado oil and only use olive oil for dressings on salads/veggies etc. Coconut oil only goes into the fatshake along with butter
  24. Sorry to interrupt the current discussion, but what is the ideal fat burning heart rate zone?
