  6. One thing that I am trying now is to have loads of veggies/salad (not fruit) despite their effect on my grams of carbs. I think initially I cut back just about everything except fat and protein and ended up eating much less salad and veggies, which was a mistake. What I am saying is that I won't mind if I ate eg 100g of carbs per day as long as it was only from veggies/salads and my ratio is still fat > protein > carbs
  7. Yesterday I made a thin low-carb pizza base with eggs, grated cheese, cream and spices. It came out okay, tasted quite good because of the toppings (mushrooms, bacon, loads of cheese, jalapenos, and cheated with pineapple too). The base was of course very soft - had to eat it with a knife and fork. At least it helped with my pizza craving, in a flourless way

  14. About blocking IP addresses, that will never work. Firstly, an IP address is not unique to a computer or device. It is unique to an Internet connection. So if a colleague and I are both on the Hub, we will have the same IP because we use the same internet connection. Secondly, you get static and dynamic IP's. Some businesses buy static IP's, which means that IP will remain with them forever. But most businesses and home users have dynamic IP's, meaning an IP is assigned to them each time they connect to the Internet. So to get a new IP, simply restart your router/modem. Note that the above is talking about Internet IP's and not local network IP's. After that useless but of info, we can conclude that there really is no way to prevent duplicate accounts. If people want to be silly, they will be

  18. This morning while in bed a stretched and yawned like a lion, and my one calve just cramped. It cramped more than I have ever experienced in training or racing. I'm perplexed as to why it happened. I am taking magnesium, had plenty salt yesterday and hadn't trained this week
  19. Their name is WANT It All, not BUY it All. They are terrible but somehow still survive. Someone must be silly enough to buy from them

  22. So I was listening to Living La Vida Low Carb podcast (http://www.thelivinlowcarbshow.com/shownotes/7914/682-guest-hosts-ben-greenfield-and-brock-on-the-dangers-of-extreme-carb-restriction/) and they mentioned that yo can 'trick' your body into ketosis. While following a low-carb diet, take a slighty higher amount of carbs (more than 100g) and then consume a lot of MCT or coconut oil throughtout the day. This basically replaces a lot of glucose (from the carbs) in your body while allowing your body enough glucose for muscle building.
