  2. Can't a thief just remove the Tile? You know what will really work, if manufacturers imprinted a QR code on the frame. And when a bike gets sold, an approved bike shop registers new the new owner's details online to that QR code. Almost like RICA for cellphones. When you sell your bike you simply have to register the new owner at a LBS. Then you can easily scan any bike's code with your smartphone and see previous owners' history
  3. The warranty is on the frame. If you take in your old frame (just the frame), they'll give you the new one free of charge. But if you take in your whole bike, which is not under warranty, they'll ask a fee to rebuild that as an extra service
  4. Impressive. I guess if you cycle on average 7 hours per day, each day for a month, you can eat whichever fruit you want without caring about insulin, calories or any of that . But this guy is very impressive, being able to do all this without stimulants

  16. Thanks for the advice guys. This morning I had first hand experience in the nausea coconut oil can cause. Last night I was a high carb dinner, and this morning I ended up calling 'George!', but felt a lot better after that.
  17. Hi guys, I need some more advice please! I have started doing 2x spin classes during the week before work. Just because it's cold outside and I've been a bit lazy. Anyways, up until now I went to the spin classes on an empty stomach, and I took some carbs in a bottle that was still in the house. Since these sessions are pretty high intensity, I thought some carbs during might not be a bad idea. But reading about coconut oil, do you think I should rather have a bit of that in milk before spin class and then just water during? My goal is weight loss and I'm scared of being without energy for the rest if the day. After these classes I usually have some eggs and bacon with a salad for breakfast. Any advice?

  20. I always get so jealous when I'm on my way to work and I see the students on their MTB's on their way to their morning ride. What I'll give to take an hour or two off work in the morning to go cycle For 3 out of the 4 years I studied, I didn't have any class on Fridays. Never really appreciated that. Anyways, it's time to get the discipline on track. If you find it easier, get some train mates too. Also, you will need a Live Strong bracelet
  21. I'm having terribly dry skin. It's probably just the dry winter weather, but I can't remember ever experiencing it this bad. I don't have the fatshake each day (maybe every 2-3 days) with 25g butter, 25g olive oil, tbspoon olive oil, tbspoon avo oil, 100ml cream, nomu and a bit of water. I have tuna about every 3rd day. No other omega 3 supplements. Do I need to take in more Omega fats?
