  1. I'm having terribly dry skin. It's probably just the dry winter weather, but I can't remember ever experiencing it this bad. I don't have the fatshake each day (maybe every 2-3 days) with 25g butter, 25g olive oil, tbspoon olive oil, tbspoon avo oil, 100ml cream, nomu and a bit of water. I have tuna about every 3rd day. No other omega 3 supplements. Do I need to take in more Omega fats?
  2. I've heard of a few people suggest this. Such a silly idea. Something like moving your dogs sleeping place to the front of the house is a much better idea

    Here's an idea. You guys have seen Kickstsrter? Google it, I'm on my mobile now. Anyways, it's crowdfunding. Let's say I want to start a project, and determined that I need R10, 000 to fund it. Then investors (public) can help fund it. We can do something similar, where specific charity cases are created as individual projects and one can pledge to the one you want to. The person who created the project is responsible for handling the funds and reward or keeping the investors up to date

  7. I enjoyed reading some of the "free advice" on the ASG Sport site. Here are some nice quotes That used to be me (and I'm not even a proper weekend warrior!). Gels, gels, gels on each ride. But like Saturday, I was almost 3 hours on the bike with just water. Had some lekker egg and bacon salad (without the salad) afterwards

  11. Your statistics are automatically uploaded if you track using Endomondo. Have you tried accessing them from the Endomondo site on your PC? If you mean that you want to upload workouts from a different device, you can log onto the Endomondo site on your PC and in the right corner you'll see New Workout. From there you can import a file from your device (usually in .gpx format)
  12. I came across an interesting product called Vespa Power and there is a similar product sold here called Hornet Juice. Sounds interesting, apparently it helps your body to get into ketosis faster

  22. I would really see surgery as the very last resort. There must be a way to medically determine what the problem is, instead of just fixing a symptom
