I have used Joe's (OK so it's not Stans) in many many different tyres and have only had 1 Crossmark tyre delaminate and that I am sure was not from the sealant!

106k Saturday with loads of gears and Sunday's 58 with always the wrong gear Is a 32*16 good for the Sunday ride?

I do the shake test now and then to see how much is in the wheel, when I top up I just add 50-60Ml .....

Joe's only because it costs a bit less than Stan's (works just as well!) - have tried all the other new fangled stuff but always go back to Joe's ......

I top up every so often when I think about it. Some of my bikes have removable cores so I just fill up through the valve, the others I just break a bit of the bead and fill up that way.

There are not many of his caliber out there

Bring it to Rietvlei and use it properly - mine dumps are no place for that machine ....

I use those green strips they are pretty much the same as the Bontrager ones ....
