  1. I did a simple design based on the mounting philosophy of the Wille Honde brackets and had it lasercut out of Stainless Steel by a friend. Works very well for my setup, but I only have two bikes to stress about. Staggering the bikes High and Low is workable in your situation, but I'm not too sure of the schlep to get to a High mounted bike if the lower ones are still on the wall. I think your garage layout might push you into a certain direction.
  2. I would be very surprised if John didn't think of this risk factor on stage 2. It is one thing to know about the plan, it is a totally different thing to get your ducks in a row to cover the risk. The team selection conundrum is really interesting with the course this year. WvA is worth his weight in Gold to JV as he can assist Roglic in all the terrains.
  3. JV are going to have to try something different to get the jump on Pog somewhere. Maybe do a monster TTT at the end of stage 2 to drop Pog in the crosswinds anticipated on the 18km long bridge... “It blows there 300 days a year,”said Trek-Segafredo’s Mads Pedersen https://www.velonews.com/news/road/could-an-18km-bridge-ruin-the-gc-ambitions-of-the-climbers-at-the-tour-de-france/
  4. Jip, but at least WvA threw away "only" a stage at Criterium du Dauphine and not a Monument. Wout is in Yellow again today, that should console him a little bit. WvA again showing his versatility by competing for the win on a CAT 2 stage finish climb. He already won a bunch sprint in Stage 1 and will surely be a contender on the 31.9km ITT today.
  5. Ai Wout, you had it, just ride through the line!
  6. Dauphiné is back up and running https://www.criterium-du-dauphine.fr/en/ WvA bossed the Sprint in Stage 1 yesterday Breakaway snuck the win in Stage 2 and actually took Yellow away from WvA.
  7. Very nice option, and when taking all the features into account it is a fairly good price.

  9. Very true. I don't want to speak too early, but this does bode well for the TDF... and a certain Mr MainCheese.🤞
  10. Checo in 1st! Hold on man!
  11. I have a sneaky suspicion this weekend is the best opportunity for Perez to win a race. He seems to be consistently faster than Max in the practice sessions. And he is right on the pace with the Ferrari's. Qualify on pole with two reds behind him will mean it will be impossible for team orders to benefit Max.
  12. Maybe, in your case, link a 2nd email adress to your existing one that you can use for Bikehub and any Spam logins.... FYI, "VanSwiss" is available: VanSwiss@gmail.com is Available for Registration
  13. Are you allowed to run LastPass on your browser?
  14. Have you seen what the price of fuel is these days....? It is almost like going Solar at home; At some point it will become unaffordable to NOT make the switch...
  15. I think the last time I needed to type in my login details was when the forum went through an upgrade.... And even if it is needed, LastPass is my go-to as I have different passwords for every single site I log into. (The leak at TransUnion should really have woken people up to the realities of the internet if they still have shared login details for various sites)
  16. Blaksam, well done to still keep tabs on the GC front runners while sitting with the first signs of Covid
  17. I have the greatest respect for Paul Willemse, watch this interview and see how his story unfolded. (Wish it was in English or Afrikaans, so we could get the emotion from his voice. But doing it in French brings home the concept that he has bought into his new country) I was in close contact with his mentor at the time that the offer came from the French club. It was a tough decision for him, but with hindsight, I think it was the right one for him. I'm not expecting everyone to love the guy, but I have heard some unfair comments thrown his way and just want people to give the guy some respect as a professional athlete doing the best with the cards he got dealt.(Not being picked in the training group of 80 players in the prime of your playing career sends a pretty clear picture) I can imagine he and Eben are looking forward to some intimate encounters in the near future.
  18. I'm right on your heels.... 2500m of climbing left....🙊
  19. Sprint Teams left this too late methinks... Breakaway is going to steal this...
  20. I think we don't even have the slightest idea of what the "good guys" are up against:
  21. The wife of a colleague of mine is an Industrial Engineer at ESKOM. She worked at Kusile, she now sits in the Strategic Planning department, she is sitting in meetings with Andre de Ruyter a couple of times a week. His summary of what his wife told him is that the rot is beyond repair. The company culture has just deteriorated to such a degree that it might just be easier to let ESKOM die and build up a new electricity generation and transmission company from scratch. But we know that can't happen. When I contemplated to do a solar installation a year ago, he told me to do it immediately, because things are only going to get worse going forward. The outlook for our electricity supply isn't pretty.
